1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Contact details — name, phone number, and email address submitted through our contact form, quote requests, or appointment scheduling.
  • Vehicle information — make, model, year, and condition details you share with us to provide an accurate quote or service.
  • Service & warranty records — details of work performed, products applied, and inspection history, which may be registered with CARFAX as part of our standard service documentation.
  • Communications — any information you share with us by phone, text, or email in the course of scheduling or discussing service.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers or government ID numbers) through our website.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to quote requests, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
  • Provide, perform, and follow up on the services you've requested
  • Register applicable warranty and protection products with CARFAX on your vehicle's history
  • Send service-related communications, such as appointment confirmations or annual inspection reminders
  • Maintain accurate business and service records
  • Improve our website and services

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We work with a small number of trusted third-party services to operate our business. These providers only receive the information necessary to perform their function for us:

  • CARFAX — certain warranty and protection installations are registered to your vehicle's CARFAX history as part of our standard documentation process.
  • Email delivery services (e.g. Resend) — used to deliver contact form submissions and related communications to our team.
  • Website hosting & infrastructure — our website is hosted on third-party infrastructure that may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes.

These providers are only authorized to use your information as needed to provide their service to us, and are not permitted to use it for their own independent marketing purposes.

4. Payment Information

If and when we offer online payment processing, any payment information you provide (such as card details) is collected and processed directly by a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers. The payment processor's own privacy policy governs how that data is handled, and we encourage you to review it directly.

For services booked or paid for in person or over the phone, payment is handled through standard point-of-sale processing and is subject to the same third-party processor protections.

5. Cookies & Site Analytics

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to support basic site functionality and to understand how visitors use our site, which helps us improve it over time. If we use analytics or advertising tracking tools (such as Google Analytics or Google Ads conversion tracking), this section will be updated to reflect the specific tools in use and your available choices.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies may affect certain site functionality.

6. How We Protect Your Information

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the personal information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

We retain customer and service information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain accurate business and warranty records, and comply with applicable legal obligations. CARFAX-registered service history is retained according to CARFAX's own data practices once submitted.

8. Your Rights & Choices

You can contact us at any time to:

  • Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate information
  • Request that we delete your contact information from our records, where we are not otherwise required to retain it
  • Opt out of non-essential email communications

To make any of these requests, contact us using the information at the bottom of this page.

9. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
